Formación

Responsabilidades

• Execute business development strategies to identify potential clients, explore new market opportunities and drive business growth.
• Manage client engagement, maintain strong business relationships and ensure effective follow-up to enhance client satisfaction.
• Oversee and support daily business operations, sales activities and client servicing processes to ensure operational efficiency.
• Plan, coordinate and execute business meetings, corporate events, training programmes and other company initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for business improvement and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and overall performance.
• Monitor business performance, analyse operational and sales data, and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
• Develop and maintain effective communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving capabilities in managing business activities.
• Collaborate with management, team members and relevant stakeholders to ensure business objectives and organisational targets are achieved.
• Lead and coordinate assigned projects, ensuring effective execution, timely completion and alignment with company objectives.
• Contribute to strategic planning, performance improvement initiatives and the continuous development of business operations.

About you

Bachelor's Degree in any field; or Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of working experience
