• Experience in client servicing, customer relationship management or business development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute business development strategies to identify potential clients and drive growth.
• Manage client engagement and maintain strong relationships with timely follow-ups.
• Oversee daily business operations, sales activities and client servicing processes for efficiency.
• Plan, coordinate and execute business meetings, events and training programmes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to boost team productivity.
• Monitor performance, analyze data and prepare reports for management decisions.
