Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of customer service experience, including roles in multi-site or global settings.
• 5+ years of leadership supervising managers or Team Leads.
• Proven ability to collaborate across sales, operations, supply chain and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Provide EMEA leadership to Customer Service Supervisors responsible for Order-to-Cash activities.
• Accountable for service performance, KPIs, SLAs, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, supply chain and logistics to ensure accurate, timely information flows.
• Act as senior escalation contact for complex issues and drive policy execution.
