Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Customer Service Manager for the EMEA region based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Lead a team of Customer Service Team Leads to optimize Order-to-Cash processes, enhance customer experience, and ensure KPI targets are met.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics, driving continuous improvement, automation, and global policy execution while mentoring leaders across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in customer service.
• Proven leadership across multi-site/global shared service environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide EMEA leadership to Customer Service Teams responsible for Order-to-Cash activities.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, supply chain and logistics to ensure smooth information flow.
• Act as senior escalation contact, drive improvements and policy execution globally.
• Lead transformation initiatives and drive automation and data-driven improvements.
