Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Partnerships, Account Management or Business Development within Insurtech, Fintech, Digital Insurance or SaaS sector

Responsibilities

• Identify & source strategic partnerships within digital ecosystems and insure cross-sell opportunities
• Lead commercial negotiations and design value propositions and partner-friendly business models
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies with partners to drive user adoption and growth
• Own and grow a high-value partner portfolio with opportunities for upselling and expanding product lines
• Advocate for partners internally, aligning their goals with product direction
• Track partner performance metrics and optimize engagement (GPW, conversions, active users)
• Stay ahead of insurtech trends and regulatory updates to innovate embedded insurance offerings
• Translate partner requirements into viable distribution models meeting customer journeys
