Hytech Consulting Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Executive (Fund) in Kuala Lumpur to join a dynamic team focused on maintaining high standards of financial integrity. You will manage daily reconciliations, optimize payment processes, and communicate with banks and PSPs to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant experience and a background in Finance/Accounting, with strong English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin language skills to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Educational background: must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Analytics, or an equivalent field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of working experience in a related field is required, with preference for candidates from the accounts or financial industry.
• Language: Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank statement reconciliation and generate necessary payments.
• Manage daily reconciliation between existing PSPs and platforms, including Transactions and Settlement Reports.
• Maintain active communication with banks as well as new and existing PSPs.
• Manage and optimize payment process performance and efficiency.
• Maintain strong control over all PSP-related activities.
• Ensure the highest standard of financial integrity is maintained across all operations.

About the Role
