Otis Elevator Company (M) Sdn Bhd seeks an on-site elevator service technician to manage maintenance and service visits across Malaysia. You will oversee a defined territory, handling a portfolio of elevators and liaising directly with customers on site.

The role emphasizes quick response to breakdowns, first-time fix goals, and safe, professional operation with strong communication and teamwork. Training and tools provided as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the elevator sector.
• Good skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
• Committed professional with safety as a priority.
• Comfortable communicating to others.
• Curious, adaptable, and able to work alone or in a team.
• Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Carry out 100% of elevator maintenance and service visits within your territory.
• Work within your defined geographical area, managing the portfolio of elevators.
• Respond proactively to fix breakdowns and aim for first-time fix.
• Carry out minor repairs to keep operations running.
• Liaise with the customer on site to build a good working relationship.
