Job summary

Exyte in Malaysia seeks an Electrical Project Engineer to plan, coordinate, supervise, and deliver electrical installation works for semiconductor tool installation and facility projects.

The role oversees activities from planning through handover, coordinating with PM, managers, subcontractors, and tool vendors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery in accordance with drawings and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering with relevant project experience may be considered.
• Electrical safety certifications are advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant electrical engineering/project experience.
• Experience with semiconductor/tool installation projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver electrical works for semiconductor tool installations.
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Review electrical drawings, documentation, and QA/QC standards.
• Coordinate with PM, Electrical Manager, MEP teams, vendors, and client representatives.
