Job summary

Exentec Services Malaysia is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to lead and coordinate MEP works for semiconductor tool installation projects on site. The role requires strong coordination across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility services within controlled environments such as fabs and cleanrooms.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Relevant safety certifications (OSHA/NIOSH, Working at Height, LOTO, Confined Space) preferred.
• Candidates with hands-on MEP/tool hook-up experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day MEP installation activities for semiconductor tool installation projects.
• Coordinate installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, process utility, and building services works.
• Supervise utility hook-up works from facility distribution points to semiconductor tools/equipment.
• Ensure installations comply with drawings, specifications, and client standards.
• Coordinate across multiple trades to prevent clashes and delays.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, tools, and work fronts for efficient execution.
• Conduct daily site inspections and maintain quality workmanship.
• Coordinate interfaces with mechanical, electrical, process, facilities, and equipment teams.
