Job summary

RLDE (M) SDN BHD in Cyberjaya, Selangor, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This full-time role supports engineering operations, delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

You will design, test, and implement electrical systems, collaborate across functions, and maintain documentation to meet client expectations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 2-3 years' experience in electrical project engineering or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in electrical project engineering and site execution preferred.
• Experience in Solar C&I projects, M&E construction or electrical infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of electrical installation, testing and commissioning.
• Knowledge of Malaysian electrical standards and statutory requirements.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation and project reports.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle for travel to project sites.

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Engineer to join the dynamic team at RLDE (M) SDN BHD in their Cyberjaya, Selangor office. This full-time role will see you playing a key part in the company's engineering operations, utilising your technical expertise to support the company's objectives.

What you'll be doing

The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising and delivering electrical engineering projects from commencement through completion. To ensure all electrical works are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, statutory requirements, and client expectations.

Designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components

Conducting research and analysis to identify and solve complex electrical engineering problems

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of electrical projects

Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and manuals

Providing technical support and guidance to other team members

Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Preferably 2-3 years of experience in electrical project engineering and site execution.

Experience in Solar C&I projects, M&E construction or electrical infrastructure projects.

Good knowledge of electrical installation, testing and commissioning.

Knowledge of Malaysian electrical standards and statutory requirements.

Experience in preparing technical documentation and project reports.

Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Possess a valid driving licence and own a vehicle for travelling to project sites and attending project-related activities.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to work independently and under project deadlines.

Willing to travel to project sites when required.
