Job summary

RLDE (M) SDN BHD is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cyberjaya, Selangor. This full-time role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering electrical engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 2–3 years of project engineering and site execution experience, and is proficient in AutoCAD, willing to travel, and able to work under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in electrical project engineering and site execution.
• Experience in Solar C&I projects, M&E construction or electrical infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of electrical installation, testing and commissioning.
• Familiarity with Malaysian electrical standards and statutory requirements.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation and project reports.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle; willing to travel to project sites.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and under project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating, supervising and delivering electrical engineering projects from start to finish.
• Ensure electrical works are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and per drawings/specifications.
• Designing, developing, testing electrical systems and components.
• Conduct research and analysis to solve complex electrical engineering problems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for project implementation.
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and manuals.
• Providing technical support and guidance to team members.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
