Job summary

RLDE (M) SDN BHD in Cyberjaya, Selangor, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This full-time role supports engineering operations, delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

You will design, test, and implement electrical systems, collaborate across functions, and maintain documentation to meet client expectations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 2-3 years' experience in electrical project engineering or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in electrical project engineering and site execution preferred.
• Experience in Solar C&I projects, M&E construction or electrical infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of electrical installation, testing and commissioning.
• Knowledge of Malaysian electrical standards and statutory requirements.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation and project reports.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle for travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, supervise and deliver electrical projects from start to finish.
• Ensure works are safe, on schedule and within budget per drawings and specs.
• Design, develop and test electrical systems and components.
• Conduct research to solve complex electrical engineering problems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for successful implementation.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide guidance to team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
