Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a competent Electrical Engineer (MRO) to support maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities across plant operations. The role necessitates strong technical skills and hands-on experience, demanding 5 years' experience for Degree holders or 8 years for Diploma holders, ideally in power plant or oil & gas settings. Responsibilities include executing MRO works, technical scope development, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience (Degree holder) or 8 years' experience (Diploma holder).
• Experience in engineering services, maintenance, or MRO environments.
• Preferably have site/project experience in power plant or oil & gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Execute electrical maintenance and MRO works in compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Develop technical work scopes including hazard & risk assessments.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and servicing of electrical systems.
