We are looking for a competent and hands‑on Electrical Engineer (MRO) to support maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities across our plant operations. This role requires strong technical capabilities, site exposure, and the ability to deliver work safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute electrical maintenance and MRO works in compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
• Develop technical work scopes including hazard & risk assessments, inspection test plans (ITP), and checklists based on applicable standards and client specifications
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and servicing of electrical systems and plant equipment
• Coordinate and supervise vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement of work methods, procedures, and execution efficiency through post‑project evaluations
• Ensure proper maintenance and readiness of tools, equipment, and company assets
• Prepare and submit progress, completion, and final reports in a timely and professional manner
• Support business growth initiatives by aligning service offerings with client and market needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum:
  • 5 years’ experience (Degree holder), or
  • 8 years’ experience (Diploma holder)
• Experience in engineering services, maintenance, or MRO environments
• Preferably with site/project experience in power plant or oil & gas industry
• Professional certifications such as Service Engineer, Professional Engineer (PE), AESP are an added advantage

Technical Exposure
