Job summary

Edra Power Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking an Electrical Maintenance professional to oversee plant electrical operations, supervise contractors, and support planning for maintenance programs. You will help ensure high plant availability, reliability, and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires experience in electrical operation and maintenance, a Chargeman license, and ability to read schematics. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills are essential for daily communication.

Qualifications

Diploma or certificate in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical operation and maintenance.
License: Chargeman - Low Voltage (A0).
Experience with SAP or maintenance software is preferred.
Ability to read electrical schematic drawings.
Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Carry out maintenance activities including investigation of defects and rectification as directed.
Maintain a high safety conscious working environment and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
Carry out housekeeping after completion of work and supervise short-term contractors.
Use enhanced knowledge to teach and improve the skills of Electrical Technicians.
Ensure safe and efficient execution of all Electrical maintenance activities.
Plan and co-ordinate all Electrical maintenance activities.
Comply with SHEQ, legal requirements and stakeholder specifications with safety first and pursuing excellence.
Perform other tasks to accomplish company objectives as needed.
