Job summary

Arup is seeking an Electrical Engineer with 4–7 years of experience to contribute to design projects in a collaborative, values-driven environment. You will develop knowledge through modelling, analysis, and design tasks while following a structured development plan.

The role emphasizes delivering accurate work, meeting deadlines, and contributing to a supportive team culture at Arup in Malaysia. A strong engineering foundation and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Recognized tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering; DC space preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Ability to design and deliver project solutions.
• Strong planning, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for defined parts of design projects.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of work.
• Represent team at internal meetings and assist with events or small internal projects.
• Assist in preparing specifications, proposals and other documentation under supervision.
• Submit high-quality work including routine letters, reports and presentations.

• Accountable for submitting a high quality of work that is accurate of which may take the form of routine letters; reports; standard documentation and presentations

Is this role right for you?

• Recognized relevant tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering with DC space preferred.
• At least 4 to 7 years of experience in the field of electrical engineering.
