Job summary

LINKWING CLOUD TECH MALAYSIA SDN. BHD.

is seeking an EHS professional to implement and support the company’s EHS programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies and management system standards across operations. You will lead regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, environmental compliance, training coordination, and CAPA follow-ups, liaising with DOSH and other authorities.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in HIRARC/HIRA, safety inspection, risk assessment and incident investigation.
• Experience with environmental compliance and scheduled waste management.
• Valid CePSWAM certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular workplace inspections, HIRARC/HIRA, risk assessments, safety audits and compliance evaluations.
• Identify hazards and ensure effective risk controls are implemented.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses and DPSCA root causes with corrective actions.
• Develop safety inductions, toolbox talks, awareness programs and safety training.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities and drills.
• Monitor CAPAs from inspections, audits and incidents and follow up actions.
• Liaise with DOSH and other authorities on safety and health matters.
• Act as the registered SHO to ensure strict OSH compliance across sites.

Job description

Implement and support the company's EHS programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and management system standards. Oversee workplace safety inspections, risk monitoring, incident management, environmental compliance, and chemical management activities across operational areas. Manage EHS documentation, compliance records, ESG reporting data, training coordination, and audit support to maintain regulatory and certification requirements. Work closely with operational departments to promote workplace safety awareness, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Conduct regular workplace inspections, HIRARC/HIRA, risk assessments, safety audits, and compliance evaluations

Identify workplace hazards and ensure appropriate risk control measures are implemented

Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and dangerous occurrences, including root cause analysis and corrective actions

Develop and conduct safety induction, toolbox meetings, awareness programs, and safety training

Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including emergency response drills and safety programs

Monitor and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) arising from inspections, audits, and incidents

Liaise with DOSH and other relevant authorities on safety and health matters

Act as the registered Safety and Health Officer (SHO) to ensure strict compliance with local OSH regulations, company standards, and statutory reporting requirements across operational sites

Conduct regular workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and environmental risk mitigations for machinery operation, chemical handling, and site processes
