You will manage designated routes, generate leads, process orders, and maintain accurate customer data while meeting sales targets.

Based in Kempas, Johor, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence, timely deliveries, and respond quickly to customer needs,

Qualifications

• Willing to base at Kempas, Johor

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategy and execution, including cold calling, door-to-door selling, and product detailing
• Cover designated route/area to sell products and provide updates on plan/actual itinerary to sales manager
• Generate new leads and expand customer base within designated route/area
• Prioritize selling high value products such as QL Branded Eggs and Sandy Eggs
• Inform customers about credit terms, product range, prices, delivery schedule, availability, and new product lines
• Take purchase orders and collect payments timely
• Maintain and update customers' database and meet or exceed sales targets
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient customer services and resolve complaints
• Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers
