Job summary

HUAT LAI RESOURCES BERHAD is seeking an experienced Egg Grading Centre Supervisor/Manager to oversee daily egg receiving, grading, packing, storage and dispatch operations. You will lead the production team, maintain product quality and food safety standards, and ensure orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on schedule.

Appointment as Supervisor or Manager will depend on your experience, qualifications and ability to manage operations.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in egg grading, food processing, manufacturing or logistics operations.
Direct experience in egg grading centre operations is strongly preferred.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory or production management systems.

Responsibilities

Plan and oversee daily operations including egg receiving, grading, sorting, packing, storage and dispatch.
Coordinate with farms, sales and transport teams to meet customer orders and delivery schedules.
Supervise workers, allocate duties and manage manpower to achieve daily production targets.
Ensure eggs meet grading, quality, packaging and labelling specifications.
Monitor breakage, rejects and wastage and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock counts.
