Job summary

QL Eco Farm Sdn Bhd is seeking a Snr. Supervisor, QAQC (FEEDMILL & EGGHOUSE) to lead quality assurance across the feedmill and egg processing operations. You will implement food safety policies, manage the QMS on site, and drive improvements with the production team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology/Science or Halal Industry and at least 2 years in QA/QC. Strong auditing, HACCP/GMP knowledge and hands-on supervision are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in QA/QC or related field.
• Knowledge of food safety compliance and QMS requirements.
• Proactive, versatile and able to work independently or in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing food safety policies and quality procedures on site.
• Manage QMS on site and collaborate with production to achieve compliance.
• Identify defects and non-conformities; lead corrective actions.
• Maintain hygiene, cleaning and sanitation checks.
• Perform IPQC checks on eggs and record data.
• Supervise workers and enforce PPE usage.
• Monitor FIFO/aging eggs and labeling for off-spec products.
• Oversee HACCP/GMP audits and continuous improvement.
• Assist pest control and monthly records.
