Job summary

Q-dees Worldwide Edusystems (M) Sdn Bhd is hiring an Educational Writer to design structured Math & Science lesson materials for preschool to primary learners. You will translate core concepts into engaging activities and support teachers nationwide through workshop sessions.

Collaboration with the curriculum team will shape progressive content aligned with Early Childhood Education principles and the Q-dees teaching methodology.

Educational Writer (Math & Science Programme )

The Educational Writer will work closely with our curriculum development team to design and produce structured lesson materials, worksheets, and learning activities for preschool up to primary children .

In addition to content development, the role may also conducting teacher training sessions and workshops to support educators in effectively implementing the curriculum across Q-dees centres nationwide.

The goal is to translate core math and science concepts into engaging early childhood learning experiences that support logical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop structured lesson content and teaching materials for Math and Science programmes.
• Translate fundamental concepts into simple, engaging, and age-appropriate learning activities.
• Design progressive learning content aligned with programme modules and learning outcomes.
• Ensure lessons encourage logical thinking, exploration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure curriculum materials align with Early childhood learning principles.
• Ensure curriculum materials align with Q-dees teaching methodology.

Teacher Training & Programme Implementation

• Conduct training workshops and sharing sessions for preschool teachers to guide the implementation of the Math and Science programmes.
• Support teachers in understanding lesson objectives, teaching strategies, and classroom activities.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve teaching effectiveness during programme rollouts.

Requirements

• Strong writing and content structuring skills.
• Ability to simplify educational concepts for young learners aged 3-12.
• Passion for education and child development.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organise structured learning content.
• Comfortable conducting training sessions or presentations for educators.

Preferred (but not mandatory)

Candidates with the following backgrounds will have an advantage:

• Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, Instructional Design.
• Experience in Preschool teaching, Teacher training or academic workshops.
