Job summary

Q-dees Worldwide Edusystems (M) Sdn Bhd in Kelana Jaya, Selangor, invites applications for a Centre Development Consultant responsible for growing and maintaining high compliance across franchise centres. You will design growth and compliance programs, prepare detailed reports, and mentor centre teams to achieve yearly targets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in law, business development, marketing & sales, entrepreneurship or related fields, plus 2+ years in education or training

• 2+ years of experience in education or training preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulations, standards, franchising growth and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Q-dees franchise centres comply with franchise systems and meet yearly targets.
• Prepare detailed reports of Q-dees centres.
• Develop growth and compliance programs; review policies and advise on risks.
• Support management with franchise compliance through detailed reports.
• Create and manage action plans for issues across centres.
• Regularly visit centres to oversee procedures and identify weaknesses.
• Assess operations to educate franchisees on latest regulations and processes.
• Educate and train franchisees on updates to compliance systems and auditing processes.
• Determine centre growth metrics and tracking systems.
• Stay updated on related laws and update policies accordingly.
• Create a centre resource library for Legal & Compliance to reference and train new officers.
• Conduct on-site diagnostics and prescribe tailored recovery strategies.
• Monitor progress and drive centre growth through coaching and strategic pivots.

Job description

Join our team as a Centre Development Consultant at Q-dees Worldwide Edusystems (M) Sdn Bhd in Kelana Jaya, Selangor. This role is a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that our centres grow and maintain the highest standards of compliance and regulatory adherence.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Ensures all Q-dees’ franchisee centres functions in compliance to Q-dees franchise systems while meeting its yearly business target.

2. To prepare detailed reports of Q-dees centres.

3. Responsible for developing relevant growth and compliance programs, reviewing company policies, and advising franchisees and management on possible risks.

4. Supporting your immediate superior on the management on the franchise’s compliance systems with laws and regulations through detailed reports.

5. Create and manage effective action plans in response to problems/issues faced by Q-dees centres.

6. Regularly visit franchise centres to oversee and assist with procedures, practices, programme implementation to identify possible weaknesses or risks.

7. Assess franchise operations systems to determine risks and ensure all franchisees are educated on the latest regulations and processes of the franchise systems and legal authorities.

8. Educating and training franchisee with regards to new updates on the franchise compliance systems, create and update proactively auditing processes, practices, filling systems and documents

9. Determine centre growth metrics and establish a system for tracking them.

10. Remain up to date on any related law or requirement to the organization and update policies accordingly.

11. Create centre resource library for Legal & Compliance Department to reference when needed and to become a compliance trainer which explains and guides new compliance officers in all areas of compliance work.

Conduct on-site diagnostics to identify operational and programmatic gaps, then design and prescribe tailored recovery strategies for each center.

To monitor progress and ensure every location successfully revitalizes its performance and standards. Act as the primary catalyst for center growth by mentoring local teams through the execution of strategic pivots and long-term sustainability plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Development, Marketing & Sales, Entrepreneurship and Innovation or related fields.
• Significant experience (2+ years), ideally within the education or training sector
• Thorough understanding of relevant regulations, industry standards, business/franchising growth and marketing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate compliance/business risks
• Strong communication skills to provide clear guidance and training
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Able to think critically and demonstrates strong situational awareness and quick problem-solving.
• Shows high operational agility when unexpected issues arise.
