The opportunity

Canridge Global Preschool . is seeking passionate and dedicated Preschool Teachers or Assistant Teachers to join our growing team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early education and development of young children in our Bayan Lepas, Penang location (Pantai Jerjak).

What you'll be doing

Designing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that stimulate children's intellectual, social, emotional, and physical growth

Fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and safe learning environment where children can thrive

Observing and assessing children's progress, and adapting teaching strategies to meet their individual needs

Collaborating with parents and caregivers to ensure a seamless learning experience for the children

Maintaining accurate records and documentation, and adhering to all relevant regulations and policies

Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your teaching skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

Minimum diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher or Assistant Teacher, preferably in a similar setting
