Job summary

UC Resources Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and support marketing initiatives for schools and early childhood centres across Peninsular Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in business development, customer service, or a related role.
• Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
• Experience in the education industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel within Johor Bahru, Kluang, Batu Pahat or nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve individual sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations for customers.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, and manage the sales process from initial contact to order completion.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and marketing databases.
• Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
