Paragon Education Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative Marketing & Admissions Executive to join our education team. You will develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage inquiries from prospective parents and students, and support the admissions process.

The role involves creating engaging social media content, capturing photos and videos, and coordinating school events. You will design promotional materials, update our website and digital platforms, and stay ahead of marketing trends to boost brand

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience is a plus.
• Experience in marketing, admissions, customer service, or student recruitment is advantageous.
• Proficient with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent.
• Skilled in photo and video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience in photography and videography.
• Creative with a strong eye for storytelling, branding, and content creation.
• Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Willing to work on weekends/public holidays for school events.
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and content creation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the school's programmes and brand.
• Manage enquiries from prospective parents and students, and support the admissions process.
• Conduct school tours and provide information to prospective families.
• Assist in organising and promoting Open Days, school events, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
• Create engaging content for the school's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Capture high-quality photos and videos during school activities and events.
• Edit photos and videos for promotional and marketing purposes.
• Design marketing materials, including posters, brochures, banners, flyers, and social media artwork.
• Update and maintain the school's website and digital marketing platforms.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather content and showcase school achievements.
• Monitor social media performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and recommend creative ideas to enhance brand awareness.
