Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an Education Consultant to manage the full lifecycle of student applications, focusing on process execution, documentation verification, milestone tracking, and seamless cross‑cultural communication between families, schools, and internal teams.

You will oversee student records, coordinate submissions and interview schedules, provide regular progress updates, and support events such as school fairs and information sessions, all while operating in virtual or hybrid

Qualifications

• Diploma with relevant work experience or a Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years in case management, administration, or student services.
• Experience managing multiple projects or client cases with clear timelines and deliverables.
• Experience in virtual or hybrid work settings with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin or Asian language a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Case Management: manage student onboarding, gather requirements, set up accounts, track milestones and ensure timely submission.
• Coordination & Scheduling: schedule client interviews, coordinate test registrations, assist with school visits and visa processes.
• Documentation & Systems Oversight: collect, review and verify student information and documents, maintain records and SOP compliance.
• Client & School Communication: serve as primary operational contact for families, provide progress updates, liaise with overseas schools.
• Flexible Engagement: communicate across digital channels and time zones, including weekend calls with clients and partners.
• Process Improvement & Events: identify bottlenecks to optimise SOPs and assist in events like school fairs and seminars.
