Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for users of the school's IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve IT-related problems.
• Maintain end-user devices and ensure security measures are in place.
• Manage helpdesk tickets and provide 1st/2nd line support.
• Support audio-visual systems in classrooms, halls, and meeting spaces.
• Oversee school’s 3D printer, including requests and maintenance.
