Job summary

Oasis International School in Selangor is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide first level end-user support for staff and students. This is a full-time, entry-level role reporting to the Director of IT.

You'll work on campus, manage Apple devices via Apple School Manager and Google Workspace, and collaborate with the IT team to resolve issues quickly while documenting all steps. The role offers growth as you gain experience across devices, networks, and classroom technology.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in IT/ICT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting end users in a help desk or IT support role.
• Experience with Apple products (MacBook, iPad, Apple TV).
• Experience with Google Workspace from a user support perspective.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi).

Responsibilities

• Provide first level IT support to staff and students.
• Document issues and use ticketing system; escalate as needed.
• Configure and deploy Apple devices via Apple School Manager and MDM.
• Assist with network connectivity and device deployment.
• Maintain documentation and asset records.
