Qualifications

• MUST have prior experience in the EDUCATION INDUSTRY.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely advice to prospective students and parents about academic programmes.
• Achieve individual enrolment targets by converting leads into successful student registrations.
• Support students throughout the admissions journey from initial inquiry to final enrolment.
• Build strong relationships with school counsellors and regularly update them on offerings.
• Actively promote at various external events to increase brand visibility.
• Plan, organize, and participate in recruitment activities including education fairs and open days.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Online Presence: Provide accurate and timely advice to prospective students and parents about LSBF’s academic programmes.
• Content Creation & Achieve individual enrolment targets by converting leads into successful student registrations.
• Social Media Management: Support students throughout the admissions journey—from initial inquiry to final enrolment.
• Digital Campaigns & Build strong relationships with school counsellors and regularly update them on LSBF’s offerings.
• Brand Consistency & Actively promote LSBF at various external events to increase brand visibility and reach.
• Collaboration & Plan, organize, and participate in recruitment activities including education fairs, open days, roadshows, and webinars.

Qualification & Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in student recruitment or sales within the education sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/enrolment targets.
• MUST have prior experience in the EDUCATION INDUSTRY
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is added advantage.
