Job summary

TP is seeking a customer happiness-focused individual to engage with customers across phone, email, and chat. You will answer questions about products, prices, and stock while coordinating with other departments to ensure customers receive what they need.

Light data entry on multiple platforms will be part of your daily routine. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a similar role or are fast learners ready to grow, with strong Mandarin and English skills.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years of work experience in a similar role or be a fast learner eager to grow.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (reading and writing)
• On-site work required and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Chatting with customers via phone, email, and chat (yes, you'll need to be comfy with all three!)
• Answering questions about our products, prices, and what’s in stock
• Teaming up with other departments to make sure our customers get what they need
• Keeping things organized with some light data entry on different platforms
• Have 1–3 years of work experience in a similar role (or if you’re a fast learner who’s ready to grow, we’re open to that too)
• Can speak and write fluently in Mandarin and English
• Are organized, great at multitasking, and know how to prioritize like a pro
• Able to working onsite.
• Actually enjoy helping people
• Can stay calm when things get a little chaotic
• Like working in a fast-moving, fun environment
