Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is recruiting for an Online Merchant Onboarding & Acquisition Executive (Fresh Graduate) in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive early-stage seller incubation and manage high-impact workflows, acting as the bridge between potential merchants and the TikTok Shop ecosystem.

Responsibilities include end-to-end merchant acquisition, onboarding, incubation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, data cleaning).
• Logical communicator, strong team player, with ownership and execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end acquisition and incubation of potential online merchants.
• Support seller incubation and activation through 1:1 and group-based engagement models.
• Build and maintain relationships with merchants.
• Assist in summarizing workflows and carry out improvement plans.
• Execute daily end-to-end operations of projects with attention to detail.
