Job summary

Evo Commerce is seeking a driven TikTok Affiliate Executive to own our affiliate programme end-to-end across Malaysia. You will be the primary contact for creators, sourcing and vetting partners, and translating affiliate activity into measurable GMV outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on TikTok Shop experience with affiliate systems, recruitment, chat management, and commission negotiation.
• Data-driven mindset; able to read dashboards and extract actionable insights from creator metrics.
• Strong written communication to brief creators clearly without being prescriptive.
• Highly organized with ability to manage a growing roster of 30–50+ creators without daily supervision.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or Malay a strong advantage for outreach in MY market.

Responsibilities

• Creator Sourcing: identify and contact MCN groups, small creators, and nano-creators for SG and MY markets.
• Vetting & Selection: screen creators based on niche relevance, engagement rate, and audience profile.
• Relationship Management: serve as primary contact and respond to TikTok Affiliate inquiries.
• Logistics Coordination: arrange product sample dispatch and track receipt; follow up with creators.
• Commercial Negotiation: negotiate commissions and evaluate incentive tiers per creator.
• Data & CRM Management: maintain a creator CRM tracker including rates, samples, GMV contributions, and tiers.
• Onboarding: prepare and share a Creator Onboarding Kit.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate with design, marketing, warehouse, and customer service.
• Performance Reviews: conduct monthly roster reviews with tier updates and recommendations.
• Inventory Control: monitor sample inventory tracking.
• Content Optimization: coordinate light video edits like hook changes and subtitles.
