Job summary

Intrepid Asia is a fast-growing ecommerce and digital solutions partner in Southeast Asia, seeking a Junior Key Account Manager in Malaysia. You will own the ecommerce strategy for one or more brands, negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders, and drive revenue and NMV growth across marketplaces.

You will coordinate with in-house teams to execute campaigns, optimize listings and pricing, and propel brand performance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant ecommerce experience, ideally on Lazada/Shopee or with a brand/distributor
• Performance-driven mindset with flexibility and collaboration, thriving in a fast-paced startup
• Strong interpersonal, relationship, communication, listening and negotiation skills
• Ability to craft a brand ecommerce strategy and translate it into annual and monthly activation plans
• Experience in developing digital/ecommerce campaign plans
• Analytical skills to analyze data and drive performance improvements
• Project management experience
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Grow account NMV and revenue
• Build strong relationships with brand and platform counterparts
• Provide expert recommendations on strategy, promotions and growth levers
• Develop annual growth plans and activation calendars
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive brand performance (Content, Store management, Operations, Chat)
• Ensure brand/store KPIs are met
• Support execution of promotion plans and campaign coordination
• Manage product listings and pricing submissions
• Oversee workflow to ensure timely submissions and tasks
