Job summary

Philips is seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager Ecommerce to own profitable growth across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop in Malaysia. You will lead the e‑commerce enabler and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Service to deliver platform sales, campaigns and exceptional customer experience.

The role requires 2–5+ years in e‑commerce with hands‑on platform experience, strong Excel skills and a strategic mindset to drive ROAS and margins.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in e‑commerce with ownership of Shopee and Lazada.
• Hands‑on TikTok Shop experience preferred.
• Able to own channel targets and understand P&L and trade economics.
• Strong Excel and dashboard capabilities for data‑driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own annual and monthly channel plans, net sales/GMV and growth initiatives by platform.
• Develop platform‑specific strategies: assortment, pricing, campaigns and negotiations.
• Lead weekly reviews and monthly business reviews, monitor fees and SLA compliance.
• Plan and optimise sponsored search, vouchers and promotional mechanics; evaluate ROI.
• Maintain listings, keywords, images, and campaign visibility; ensure stock availability.
