Job summary

Sinma Digital Commerce Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Key Accounts Assistant to accelerate e-commerce growth for our brands and stores. You will assist with daily tasks for client accounts, plan sales strategies, and build strong relationships across internal teams and with clients.

Responsibilities include liaising between stakeholders, managing inquiries, generating reports, and executing daily orders for fashion accounts. Strong MS Office skills and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or equivalent.
• 2-3 years experience in sales, marketing or business development; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in MS Office; Canva/Photoshop knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily tasks for client accounts and sales growth.
• Plan and execute activities to drive revenue for assigned brands and stores.
• Liaise between stakeholders and departments to meet client deadlines.
• Generate monthly and bi-weekly sales reports.
• Execute daily orders for fashion category accounts.
• Provide basic data analytics and report on account progress.
• Support manager and team on daily operations and ad-hoc projects.
