Job summary
GMG SEA (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is seeking an Ecommerce Executive to drive sales, visibility and a seamless customer experience on the website.
You will manage catalog, pricing, promotions, SEO and digital marketing initiatives, collaborating with Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing and Buying teams.
Fresh graduates welcome; 2–5 years ecommerce experience preferred, familiarity with Shopify essential, Magento/Vinculum advantageous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Retail or ecommerce related fields.
- 2-5 years of experience with ecommerce website preferably fashion brands.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with SEO, Digital marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge of Magento, Vinculum is a big advantage.
- Knowledge of Shopify is a must.
- Vinculum/Vin lister would be an advantage.
- Any Content Management tool would be an asset.
Responsibilities
- Website management - manage catalog including images and description, prices and day to day operations of the website
- Sales and Performance - plan pricing, promotions, data analysis, maximize revenue
- Inventory and Order Management - manage inventory for website, fulfillment time and rate
- Relationship management - Coordinate with Customer service, Logistics, Marketing team and Buying team for optimum results
- Customer experience - manage customer ratings, reviews, build customer loyalty, and customer returns
