Job summary

Pet Universe Sdn Bhd is seeking a social media professional to manage our platforms, plan and publish monthly content, and create engaging visuals. You will develop ideas aligned with campaigns, product launches and audience interests, write captions, and coordinate with designers and creators to deliver compelling short-form content.

Proficiency in Canva/CapCut and analytics is essential. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field and 1–3 years' experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in marketing, mass communication, multimedia or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in social media, content or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Experience managing social media content calendars.
• Basic Canva / CapCut skills.
• Good understanding of social media analytics.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
