Job summary

OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad is hiring a Bancassurance Specialist to deliver need-based insurance advice to clients across East Malaysia. You will focus on conventional and takaful products, building trust and delivering service excellence.

You will drive sales campaigns, provide product training, and ensure adherence to governance and compliance while upholding OCBC values, with a strong emphasis on meeting targets and developing a resilient client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum a degree in any field; relevant industries preferred.
• PCE and CEILLI qualifications are required.
• At least 3 years of working experience in relevant insurance sales.
• Strong drive to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide bancassurance advisory based on client needs.
