Job summary

OCBC in Malaysia seeks a driven Banking Advisory professional to deliver comprehensive financial solutions and advisory services to customers. The role focuses on building lasting relationships while promoting a broad range of products and services.

You will engage customers with after-sales support, conduct visits to prospects within the vicinity, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited university/college.
• Interest in financial planning, investment and in sales.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deliver high quality customer service.
• Valid driving license and own transport.
• Licenses and relevant certifications (PCE, CEILI, CUTE) are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• To provide “one-stop” banking solutions to our customers.
• To provide financial advisory, promote and cross-sell a comprehensive range of financial products and services.
• To proactively manage and build long term customer relationship
• To provide good after-sales and conduct sales visits to potential customers within the vicinity
• Ensure adherence to the relevant policies, regulatory risk and compliance matters
