Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a Personal Banking Relationship Manager to serve a portfolio of high‑value clients in Selangor. You will build trusted relationships, understand customer needs, and tailor financial solutions to help them achieve their long‑term goals.

You will provide expert guidance on investments, insurance, and banking products; develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets; and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, compliant customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 3 years in banking or finance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales and relationship-building track record.
• Solid product knowledge across investments, insurance and banking.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven.
