Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Bancassurance Advisor in Kuala Lumpur to work with the customer relationship manager in proposing bancassurance products as financial solutions during portfolio reviews.

You will market and sell bancassurance products and services to high net worth customers, provide financial needs analysis, and advise on the right solutions. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills and a sales mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with strong sales record in banking or financial services.
• At least 3–4 years of sales experience in financial services preferred.
• PCE certificate (A/B/C) and CEILLI license are an added advantage.
• Outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with relationship manager to propose bancassurance products as financial solutions.
• Market and sell bancassurance products to high net worth customers.
• Provide clients with financial needs analysis and advise on right solutions.
• Give feedback on market developments and customers' changing insurance needs.
