Job summary

Ezeetechnosys is expanding into the East Coast of Malaysia. The role focuses on generating leads, building a local network, and establishing partnerships across Kuantan, Kuala Terengganu, and Kota Bharu. You will travel frequently to meet clients, attend events, and represent the company in regional markets.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in B2B sales or business development, with strong Bahasa Malaysia and English skills and a willingness to drive growth in a new territory.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in hospitality or SaaS is a plus.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: proactive outreach via site visits, cold calls, and networking.
• Pipeline building: create and manage a healthy sales funnel from scratch.
• Travel regionally to establish presence and build trust across Kuantan, Terengganu, and Kelantan.
• Establish local partnerships with government bodies, associations, and vendors for referrals.
• Represent the company at local trade shows, seminars and events to boost brand visibility.
• Lead negotiation on terms, duration, and SLAs to secure new business.
• Provide market updates, win/loss analysis, and forecasts to HQ.
