Job summary

LOAF ADAM SDN BHD is seeking motivated bakers and assistants to join the production team in Johor Bahru. You will support daily kitchen operations, following company recipes and SOPs, and help with preparation, baking, packing, and storage.

The role requires speed, independence, teamwork, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Both fresh graduates and experienced bakers are welcome, with early shift hours available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the kitchen team and superior in daily operations.
• Complete assigned production, preparation, and cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Follow company recipes, SOPs, food safety standards, and production procedures accurately and consistently.
• Assist in ingredient preparation, scaling, mixing, baking, finishing, packing, and storage activities as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of workstations, equipment, storage areas, and production facilities.
• Ensure tools, ingredients, and inventory are properly stored, organized, and handled according to company requirements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production progress, shortages, operational concerns, or tasks requiring assistance.
• Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, teamwork, willingness to learn, and adaptability, while accepting feedback and taking responsibility for assigned tasks.
