ALL HAPPY SDN. BHD. invites committed individuals to join our Central Kitchen & Bakery team in Malaysia.

You will prepare, bake, and pack fresh food and bakery products for daily dispatch to our retail outlets. The role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and adherence to recipes and safety standards. Ideal candidates have some kitchen experience, strong stamina to stand long hours, and basic English or Bahasa Malaysia for reading production schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery or central kitchen preferred; those without experience but with interest are welcome.
• Ability to stand for long hours in a fast-paced, commercial kitchen.
• Basic Bahasa Malaysia or English to read recipes and production schedules.
• Punctual, responsible, and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Food & Bakery Prep: Assist in daily food preparation, baking pastries/breads, and assembling ready-to-eat products according to standard recipes.
• Packing & Labeling: Accurately pack, seal, and label finished products for daily morning dispatch to store branches.
• Quality & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations; ensure food safety and Halal/meSTI standards.
• Stock Management: Monitor daily raw material usage, practice FIFO, and report low ingredient stock to the supervisor.
• Equipment Care: Safely operate and clean commercial kitchen and bakery equipment.
