SW Food Production Kitchen Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Senior Baker or Junior Baker to join its dynamic kitchen team. You will prepare breads, pastries, and cakes, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation while mentoring junior bakers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Demi Baker in a commercial or high-volume baking environment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality baked goods.
• Creativity and a passion for experimenting with new recipes and flavour combinations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods using precise recipes and techniques.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all baked items.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, following food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of baking supplies.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and speciality baked goods.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior bakers, as required.
