Job summary

Wyld Group in Malaysia seeks a committed baker to produce a variety of baked goods following SOPs from mixing to baking. You will ensure all items meet quality and food safety standards while upholding high hygiene and sanitation practices in the kitchen.

Role requires teamwork, adherence to recipes, proper raw material handling, and flexible scheduling with early shifts and rotation. Training is provided and uniform is supplied. Location: Petaling Jaya.

Qualifications

• Experience following SOPs in baking production
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a team and maintain cleanliness

Responsibilities

• Follow SOP to produce variety baked goods from mixing, laminating, proofing and baking
• Ensure finished products meet quality and food safety standards
• Maintain high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness per policies and statutory requirements
• Control raw materials to keep correct temperatures and proper storage
• Communicate well with team to promote harmonious working relationships and efficiency
• Ensure products sent to customers adhere to quality and safety standards
• Seek guidance from senior chefs in production according to company recipes
• Comply with Food Hygiene, Health & Safety Standards and sanitation policies
• Clean kitchen equipment and tools before and after use
• Proper storage of baking utensils
• Support schedule: early shift, rotation shifts, 5 days per week
