M.M.Soft Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an adaptable E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage website and marketplace listings, ensure SKU and pricing accuracy, and update content daily. You will upload products, edit descriptions, optimize categories, and maintain brand consistency across platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience with Shopify or WooCommerce, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with marketing and support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopee, Lazada) is a plus.
• Understanding of product upload rules, pricing, and categorization.
• Strong marketing sense and ability to drive traffic.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain website and e-commerce operations, ensuring the accuracy of product listing configurations (SKUs and pricing) and daily content updates.
• Upload products, product descriptions and categorizations, and publish content across various sites, ensuring information accuracy, proper formatting, and alignment with the brand tone.
• Optimize stores and product listings, utilize marketing tools and sales techniques to enhance exposure and increase conversion rates.
• Process customer orders, track order progress, and ensure timely fulfillment; handle inquiries and provide initial sorting.
