Job summary

Jobstreet Malaysia is seeking an effective E-Comm Warehouse Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of cross-functional warehouse operations. You will manage receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide range of products to ensure timely fulfillment of online orders.

The role emphasizes achieving productivity targets, maintaining safety standards, leading a team, and collaborating with suppliers and 3PL partners to optimize processes and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 yrs experience as eCommerce Warehouse Manager.
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and KPIs.
• Proven ability to implement process improvements.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse software and databases (OMS/WMS/Barcode).
• BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.
• Strong leadership, decision making and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in English (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with policies and vision.
• Oversee goods reception, storage, QC, packing, sorting and shipping.
• Optimize layout, systems and workflows for efficiency.
• Lead and train warehouse staff; set performance goals.
• Monitor inventory and perform regular stock takes.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and 3PL partners.
• Produce reports on IN/OUT status and stock levels.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance.
