Job summary

upscale in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, seeks a Warehouse Manager / Senior Warehouse Manager to lead the full warehouse operation. The role covers both traditional logistics and high-volume ecommerce fulfilment, driving productivity, accuracy and cost-efficiency while meeting customer SLAs.

You will manage inbound/outbound processes, inventory control, WMS/ERP usage and develop the team to uphold safety and high performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of progressive warehouse/logistics experience, with several years in a managerial or senior leadership capacity.
• Experience in 3PL, freight forwarding, contract logistics or large-scale warehousing operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of inbound/outbound warehouse operations, inventory management, picking and packing, dispatch and warehouse optimisation.
• Experience with WMS, ERP or other warehouse/logistics management systems.
• Demonstrated leadership, planning and problem-solving capabilities.
• Candidates based in Sabah or willing to relocate to Kota Kinabalu are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound receiving, unloading, put-away, storage, picking, packing, staging, loading and outbound dispatch.
• Oversee both traditional logistics and ecommerce fulfilment activities.
• Ensure orders meet SLAs and optimize space, throughput and costs.
• Develop and implement warehouse SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage warehouse supervisors and frontline staff.
