Job summary

Upscale Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah is seeking a Warehouse Manager / Senior Warehouse Manager to lead the full warehouse operation, balancing traditional logistics with high-volume e-commerce fulfilment.

You will manage inbound/outbound processes, inventory accuracy, and a motivated team, while driving safety, cost control and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive warehouse/logistics operations experience, with several years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound receiving, unloading, put-away, storage, picking, packing, staging, loading and outbound dispatch.
• Oversee traditional logistics and e-commerce fulfilment activities.
• Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and stock integrity.
• Ensure warehouse transactions and stock movements are accurately captured in systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
